at Best Western Créqui Lyon Part-Dieu

Not up to the expectations of a regular Best Western guest. While there was a chocolate and a voucher for a drink, there wasn't even a simple bottle of water. No way to access the fitness center with the room key, which is a shame. There was no one at reception, so I gave up. The breakfast buffet was insufficient for €19. Therefore, poor value for money.
Otherwise, everything was impeccable. That's why I only deducted one star.
Conclusion: good, but could be better.

Due to a booking error, I ended up with a bed smaller than my size. I didn't know single rooms existed... The receptionist refused to find a solution to make things easier for me.

To make matters worse, there was construction work (not mentioned on the booking website) on the ground floor, with hammering starting at 8:00 AM.
