Very helpful staff, quiet room.

I spent 2 nights at the hotel. It went well despite the receptionist (with mixed skin) who was not at all kind or pleasant. I arrived a little before 3 p.m. and I had to wait about 5 minutes because she wasn't there, she arrived eating a cake and she barely said hello. At the reception she didn't even ask me for my ID or anything and she did my check in with my last name, I asked her and it bothered her that I was talking to her, all that, while eating her cake. She gave me my room card and she didn't explain anything to me, and it was me who asked for it for the wifi and the entrance in the evening... the next morning we met at the reception and not even a hello, it was me who said hello and she answered me without looking at me or anything. The last day, when I left, she was there with her boss and then she became very nice and friendly and she thanked me, she even wished me a good day... For a 4-star hotel, they should have a polite boss and take care a little with their know-how and manners. On the other hand, her evening colleague, the complete opposite! Otherwise the room was ok except for the bathroom because it was not a 4-star hotel

I highly recommend this hotel for the professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness of its staff. It's rare to meet such a friendly and dedicated team!
I especially thank Basma for her smile and her willingness to meet the customer's needs.

The room was comfortable: spotlessly clean, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing!

Good location between the city center and the train station (easily accessible on foot or by tram).
