Not up to the expectations of a regular Best Western guest. While there was a chocolate and a voucher for a drink, there wasn't even a simple bottle of water. No way to access the fitness center with the room key, which is a shame. There was no one at reception, so I gave up. The breakfast buffet was insufficient for €19. Therefore, poor value for money.
Otherwise, everything was impeccable. That's why I only deducted one star.

Passing through Lyon, we stayed two nights in a superior room. After reading some reviews mentioning bedbugs, we were a little worried… but in the end, everything went well and we slept well.
The bedding is comfortable and the room is generally well-equipped.
However, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired for a so-called "superior" room: there was a large mold stain, traces of drinks/coffee, and even hair on the bathroom wall.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The location is very convenient, with easy parking, shops nearby, and a Super U supermarket right next door for convenience.
In total, €300 for two nights (including €50 for parking and €24 for the small dog), which seems a bit expensive to me.
The experience was still acceptable, but I won't be back; I'd rather pay a little more and stay at the Radisson Blu!
