Very nice hotel, very clean room, the junior suite is very functional and well-equipped, the reception staff is very professional. I recommend it!

Excellent hotel. Located not far from the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse.

We received a very warm welcome, despite arriving after midnight. Accessible covered parking is available on site.

The hotel staff is very kind and friendly.

The only slight drawback we noticed was that we weren't informed of the start time of the ongoing renovations. Waking up was a bit of a shock. However, this doesn't detract from the overall experience; it's temporary, for a new breakfast room that will make the place even more pleasant. It was more of a surprise than a disappointment for us.

Furthermore, we were able to easily communicate with the staff about this.
We highly recommend it and will gladly return on our next trip to Lyon.

The welcome was truly awful!!

The cramped and inaccessible room shocked me. I was given a room in a corridor, and then there was a broken sink with water that wouldn't drain...
I find the price really excessive for the experience. There wasn't even a basic food service. I'm disappointed and I will definitely not be returning.
