General terms of sale
Prices are indicated inclusive of tax, in Euro. They are given per accommodation type (room, bed, etc.) or for other services, for the number of person(s) and according to the date(s) previously selected, unless otherwise indicated.
Unless included in the price or expressly selected when booking, additional services (breakfast, garage, room service, etc.) are optional and shall be paid for at the hotel.
Taxes are included in the price and indicated in the breakdown. Some taxes are payable at the hotel (e.g. the tourist tax), in line with local regulations.
Bookings (from abroad) are payable in the currency used in the country where the hotel is located. Only the amount confirmed at the time of booking in that currency is guaranteed.

Trade mediation
If the customer fails to receive a satisfactory response from the reservations department within a reasonable period of time, he or she may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures are available on its website: www.mtv.travel

Opposition to telephone canvassing
